How wonderful to have such great chocolate makers here in South Africa. Local, ethical and so much more delicious than the overpriced, lead-laced chocolate you can get at the supermarket. I've been using Cocoafair to bake and make chocolates at home. It's so wonderful to work with. This one has a delicious chocolatey flavour - I've used it to make homemade creme eggs for easter this year and they're delicious!
